Our standard turn around time for the domestic delivery would 10 working days and the international would be 21 working days. The turn around time are subject to customization required, hence the delivery timelines are discussed and agreed before the production starts. 

Customized goods have no resale value. Therefore, we do not provide specific return policies for our products.However, if there are shortcomings in our products, based on design specifications, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

If at all a refund is agreed upon, it will be made within 15 working days to the original account from which the payment was received. Alternatively, if a product is returns and a replacement is agreed upon, it will be done within the period that was mutually agreed upon.
