No. There is no minimum order quantity on bags at ATC, so a five-person startup and an enterprise ordering a thousand backpacks use the same range. Unit pricing does improve with volume, and larger quantities give more freedom on colour matching and custom finishes.

Embroidery is used on structured backpacks, laptop bags and heavier fabrics because it holds shape and reads as premium. Screen and digital printing are used on cotton totes and jute bags where the artwork is larger or full colour. The right method depends on the fabric and the artwork, and we recommend one when we quote.

A backpack is the usual anchor for a joining kit because it is used daily and carries the highest perceived value. Laptop sleeves and utility pouches work well as secondary items inside a larger kit. Tote bags suit event and conference kits more than onboarding, where durability matters more than volume.

Yes. We share a digital mockup showing the logo placement, size and colour on the actual product before production starts. Branding only begins once you approve that mockup, which avoids the most common problem in bulk merchandise — a logo that is correct in the file and wrong on the bag.

Standard bulk orders run 5 to 7 working days in Bangalore and 7 to 10 working days across the rest of India, counted from artwork approval rather than from your first enquiry. Backpacks, laptop sleeves, messenger bags and travel pouches held in express stock can move much faster: under 24 hours in Bangalore, 48 hours to metro cities and 48 to 72 hours across the rest of India on orders above ₹25,000 confirmed before noon.

Standard delivery outside Bangalore runs 7 to 10 working days, and express-stock bags reach metro cities in 48 hours and the rest of India, including Delhi NCR and the Northeast, in 48 to 72 hours.
